What is your return policy?
Our VIP Membership Program does not obligate you to purchase our product. If you cancel your free trial before 18 days have passed, you will not be shipped any additional ProbioSlim products, nor billed any additional charges. After the 18-day free-trial period, if you wish to receive a refund for your purchase, you must send back any unused bottles within 30 days of the date the product was shipped to you. A full refund will be provided once the return is processed.

Unlike most businesses, ProbioSlim covers you for a full 30 days, starting from the date the product was shipped to you. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your results, simply obtain an RMA number from our customer service department and send us back your unused bottle(s) for a full refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges, including return shipping charges, are non-refundable.
